Employers can record job specific interview questions, simply by typing them on their keyboard. Or, if an employer wishes, they can record the questions, in their own voice, over the telephone. Applicants can then call in their answers. At that point (in real time) the audio answer files become available on the employer's computer.
After listening to the answers (and or viewing other files on the postcard) employers can rate each of the applicants, based on how well they match the required job skills criteria.
Here's the very easy to use interface for recording questions.
