Reports Directory

 

Outcomes has a huge reporting capability. There are currently more than 90 reports and queries available.

 

To create additional, custom reports: Contact your RV rep 212-563-2030.

 

Many reports are accessed through the reports directory page. System users need Reports Permission to access it.

 

  Click the Reports tab on the

  top of the system page.

 

 

 

There are 3 sections to the directory.

 

 

Section 1 has the links to reports 'as of' a specific date. Just enter the as of date you are interested in, and click the name of the report. will get you a description of the report.

 

 

Section 2 has the links for reports over a specific date range. Enter the beginning (From) and ending (To) dates of the report you'd like, and then click its name. will get you a description of the report.

 

 

Section 3 holds a grid for creating your own custom report. There are data items by Applicants, System Users and Employers. Like section 2, reports here are also provided over a specific date range.

 

Enter the beginning (From) and ending (To) dates of the report you'd like.

 

Check off the items you want on the report.

 

Click the Submit button.
